Local Cave House Hotel - Goreme

Chic location - the balls fly right over the terrace! One of the few hotels with a pool, which is very cool! Price ratio, we took the most chic room of 90 sq.m. and felt great.

The staff does not speak English, understands through words - be prepared for it. Breakfast is very modest, eggs, bread, cheese, tea and some watermelon. You could at least fry an omelette or put some poop on it. In terms of cleaning - full of thrash, the staff do not understand what to vacuum in the room when the guests in the room is unacceptable! They weren't embarrassed at all that I went into the bathtub, they kept rubbing the mirror. The next day they just walked into the room when we were sleeping and started changing towels!!!

The hotel's location was very central, very close to the Chinese restaurant. And it was also short walk to restaurants and shops, the Open air museum and all other great places of Cappadocia and the center of the town in a 2-3 minutes walk.

The location was perfect for exploring amazing spots like Lovers Hill and enjoying some golf. The heated pool was a big plus and breakfast had loads of options, though more protein would be great. Can't wait to come back again!

Our room had a terrible smell from the bathroom plumbing, which really affected our stay. It was unfortunate since everything else was so nice.

Excellent location and staff. Cihan, the main attendent of the hotel is a great guy, very helpful. On our last day, we had to leave at 6.30 to catch our flight, he made sure that we had our breakfast before we left. Usually, breakfast is from 8.30 am but Cihan made an exception for us and made sure breakfast is available to us at 6! While visiting Capadiccia, its best to stay at Goreme instead of Urgup. Goreme is a quintessential Capadoccia town. Urgup is too commercial. The staff at the Local cave house truly made our stay in Goreme memorable.

Beautiful hotel, spacious room with a huge bathroom, the delicious and abundant breakfast was a great start to our days, and the convenient location made it easy to explore nearby restaurants and attractions.

The hotel Heater System was working intermittently. This hotel has no telephone as well as room servuce

Breakfast was delicious and plentiful every morning.

The honeymoon suite was excellent value and very beautiful. The staff were very polite and accommodating. The location of the hotel could not be better, being in town with magical views of Goreme and the chimneys. This hotel is great and the honeymoon suite at 90 sqm is huge and stunning!! Well done Local Cave House Hotel - you are on a winner - do not miss!!

Fascinating cave-style room with amazing views of hot air balloons. Wi-Fi in the room had issues, super annoying. Enjoyed the delicious Turkish breakfast and the relaxed atmosphere. Didn't get a chance for biking, but tours looked available nearby.

The Wi-Fi in certain rooms struggled due to the cave structure!!! A deeper cleaning in the bathrooms would significantly enhance the experience, as some areas were not up to par!!! The outdoor terrace lacked the inviting setup shown in marketing materials.
